Mapping of urban mobility stakeholders

  • Drawing up a map of all the stakeholders involved and/or affected by the bus acquisition project. Identifying the stakeholders to be involved as a matter of priority.
  • Identifying the place occupied by the paratransit sector within the urban transport system.
  • Highlighting the shortcomings of the transport system, as well as the major issues (including the interaction between the stakeholders) in its development and modernisation.
